Safety First: All necessary safety equipment and thorough training will be provided.
Early Arrival for New Participants: If this is your first class with us, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete a safety waiver.
Late Arrivals: (more than 10 minutes past the start time) may not be able to join the class.
Cancellation Notice: Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend.
