Our course allows you to choose your own pathway to acheiving a Level 5 Certification.

All learners start with the same Module 1, however you can choose which moduel to progess with, depending on your interests and needs. Whichever path you choose, you will still have an accreditation after completion of the learning hours and assignments.*

All students have access to the CMI online resources, with videos, case studies and checklists on a huge cariety of subjects as part of their CMI membership during their learning journey

MODULE 1

Leadership in Practice (8 credits)

3 day course (25th June, 26th June and 9th July)

The aim of this unit is to develop managers’ understanding of ethical leadership

and the impact of culture and values on leadership. Managers will examine

leadership models and the concept of empowerment, with consideration of

techniques and methods for leading others.

MODULE 2(Option 1)Managing Performance(5 credits)

11th and 12th September

This unit evaluates thereasons for managingperformance and theapproaches that can beused. It focuses on theway performancemanagement, when usedeffectively, is able toimpact on individual andorganisationalachievement

MODULE 2(Option 2)Coaching & Mentoring (5 credits)

15th and 16th October

This unit explores theprinciples and practicesof coaching andmentoring, and theimpact these techniquescan have in thedevelopment of a high-performance culture.

MODULE 2(Option 3)Managing Change (5 credits)

26th and 27th November

This unit has beendesigned to enable thelearner to evaluate typesand reasons for changewithin organisations andbe able to select andapply theoretical modelsfor its management.

*All learners must attend each session they choose in order to meet the learning hours required.

Assignments must be completed by submission dates and are subject to CMI approval, in order to obtain the accreditation.
