Managing Change - Unit 514 (5 credits)

26th and 27th November

This unit has been designed to enable the learner to evaluate types and reasons for change within organisations and be able to select and apply theoretical models for its management.

If you have completed unit 526 previously, achieving unit 514 in managing change will allow you to upgrade your qualification to a certificate, you will still have an accreditation after completion of the learning hours and assignments.*

All students have access to the CMI online resources, with videos, case studies and checklists on a huge cariety of subjects as part of their CMI membership during their learning journey.
