This is the third of our Winter Workshops in conjunction with CMBC. This will aim to cover fitness nutrition, as well as Dougie we will have Fiona from Lochs, Bens and Glens discussing the topic. Come along armed with questions!!This is open to anyone, however there will be a £10 fee which enables membership of CMBC and all the benefits that come with it! (If you've been to the previous sessions, your £10, or CMBC membership has covered all 3 sessions)
