I’m honored to receive my first CMA OF TEXAS award and perform on the great stage of the Dosey Doe-Big Barn in Houston, TX (August 28 2025) - The annual CMA of Texas Awards event is a stellar night of entertainment presenting a lineup of artist and musicians many of whom are well-known, sharing the stage with newer artists and musicians who are ready for prime time. It's a night of excellence in performance, personality and original art expressed in music. A one-of-a-kind night, distinctively Texas style all the way! Opening the show will be Robert Christian Jordan presenting our National Anthem.This year's annual awards show is the 51st event that dates back to 1975 by the late James White, founder and owner of the Broken Spoke in Austin, Texas. The event is now held at Texas' premiere music venue, Dosey Doe's Big Barn in The Woodlands.
