As a Vinyl Selecta, Parissa assembles a vast and eclectic assortment of records. Her musical repertoire is broad, encompassing genres such as Reggae, Hip Hop, Jazz, Beats, Afrocentric Sounds, Dub, and electronic music.
Very significant for @jaxx.tms is her love for dance music, taking influences from the raw energy of it’s roots the 90s House music as much as contemporary House & electronic uplifting genres with focus on UK and US. Due to her strong Caribbean, British & Spanish background, Jaxx came across genres like Lovers Rock, Jazz, Soul, Broken Beat or Hip Hop pretty early.
Errol (@errol.and ) is one of the UK’s most compelling, contemporary musical voices: DJ, NTS Radio staple, music curator and founder of forward-thinking musical movement, Touching Bass. His DJ sets are known for feeling beautifully loose, searching and soulful; unrestricted by genre and anchored by groove.
@tasha_neighbourhood DJing style weaves tunes together seamlessly from her bass informed home of the UK alongside four four techno forms. Whether it's a peak time or closing slot at Berghain, a Jungle masterclass at Rupture, Tasha has all bases covered. With an accomplished and atmospheric hold on the dance-floor.
@freddyk3614 : techno activist. Since the ‘90s Alessio Armeni has been tireless campaigning from the dancefloor, defending vinyl, championing young talents and reinforcing the scene from the shadows. You will know him best for his marathon DJ sets and deviant selections. Freddy K sets are characteristically mercurial and 100% tailored for the dance. He plays a “360°-style of techno,” which can include Soft Cell, WestBam or Bronski Beat—when the timing is just right.
