· Maximum 100 Club guests allowed
· All Club guests must reserve an entry ticket via Eventbrite
· Maximum of only one caregiver/family member allowed per guest.
· No Smoking/Consuming Alcohol in the facility or on the grounds.
· No outside food or drink permitted at CLUB U
· Please schedule your mobility pick-ups NO LATER THAN 3:30 pm
