For over 20 years as a business adviser, entrepreneur, university lecturer, and business coach, Kelly Houston has motivated others in achieving their entrepreneurial, business and life goals. Having vast experience of enterprise and business development across Scotland, she has built a notable reputation as being an approachable, creative, passionate, and determined person within the network. With this experience comes knowledge – that striving to make things happen and become successful can unfortunately be an exhausting and stressful experience.
In response to this, Kelly had an idea. An idea with an aim to help others achieve their goals but find a workable and healthy balance in life. Formed in 2019, she would call this ‘Club Synergy’
Club Synergy, where the aim is to connect the body through exercise, the mind through reflection and connection, and your business through accountability and planning, gets entrepreneurs and business owners to be more active and network at the same time. Having a blend of virtual and outdoor engagement, benefits include sessions on accountability and planning your next business move, focussed one-to-one meetings, and outdoor networking walks which takes people away from digital devices and instead reflect and recharge both physically and mentally. Entering the business world, or navigating a venture through market uncertainty and change, takes its toll on the owner or entrepreneur.
