Note about pack-up: Tables 6, 7, 10, 11, 13, and 14 are to remain in the hall, each with six chairs neatly arranged around them. I've put an * next to your name so that you know it's your table. Everyone else, do your part!All plastic folding tables, tabletops, and gaming accessories (terrain boxes etc) are to returned to the Storeroom. All other tables and any chairs you've used need be returned to the Bowls Members Club Rooms (to the right of the kitchen) with tables in the cupboard, chairs stacked neatly. In the event there isn't sufficient space/room in the Bowls Members Club Rooms, any overflow can be neatly left in the main room - tables folded and chairs stacked against a suitable wall.
Any confusion, please ask a Club Committee Member and/or the Bar Staff.
Tables 1-16 are large and 17-22 are half-sized tables. Table 13 is our Painting Table - if you're wanting to paint some minis, bring your kit and join some friends for some brush and squinting action! PS we can and often do squeeze in another table or two 😉
Members can book at 📷http://axesandales.club and the site also includes a map of the table layouts and set-up/pack-down details. Please respect people's bookings - nobody likes to have to disrupt a game and ask to use their previously booked table.
Reply to this Post if you need to advise of changes, spotted an error, etc. If someone cancels their booking, simply reply to their Post to take it for yourself - first come, first serve! Once we've dealt with questions, those comments are usually archived/deleted.
