Course One
Goat Cheese Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette & Fresh Herbs
A light and fresh salad featuring creamy goat cheese, mixed greens, radishes, cucumber, and a tangy lemon vinaigrette. Garnished with fresh parsley and chives.
Hess Shirttail Ranches Sauvignon Blanc
The crisp acidity and citrus notes of the Sauvignon Blanc will enhance the freshness of the salad while complementing the tanginess of the goat cheese.
Course Two
Crab Cakes with Lemon Aioli and Microgreens
Lightly pan-seared crab cakes made with fresh lump crab meat, herbs, and a hint of Dijon mustard, served with a creamy lemon aioli and garnished with delicate microgreens.
