Madison County Saddle Club (MCSC) Membership InformationWe are looking for new members to join our club! Whether you're a seasoned rider or just have a passion for horses, we welcome you. Below are the details for membership options:

ACTIVE Members
Definition: Regular members, classified as ACTIVE, participate in club events and activities.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
To be considered in good standing, ACTIVE members must:
Complete 6 hours of ground maintenance.
Assist with horses for 6 hours at an event.
Attend 3 regular meetings.
Fees:
Individual: $25
Family: $50

NON-ACTIVE Members
Definition: Associate members are considered NON-ACTIVE, focusing more on learning and supporting the club.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Have an interest in furthering their knowledge of horses and mules.
Help promote the club.
NON-ACTIVE members must attend at least 2 meetings per year to be in good standing.
Fees:
Individual: $50
Family: $100

Membership Benefits & Responsibilities:
Facebook Group Access: Upon acceptance, members are added to the MCSC Facebook page for announcements, meeting agendas, and updates.
Gate Access: Members receive the gate code but must always have another person present when riding for safety reasons. If the other person is under 18, they must know how to use a phone and call 911 in an emergency.
Arena Lights: If you need to turn on arena lights, we kindly ask for a small donation to help cover the cost of electricity.
Waiver & Bylaws: All members must sign a waiver and agree to the club’s bylaws, which will be provided upon joining.

Membership Dues:
Payment Deadline: Dues are payable by January 1 each year.
Delinquency Deadline: Dues are delinquent after January 31.
Grace Period: A grace period extends until February 28/29.
Non-Payment: Members who have not paid by the end of the grace period will no longer be considered members.
