Club K9 is hosting its next lure coursing event Wednesday, August 20th from 6:00-8:00pm. Two sessions on the course for only $10!We will allow one dog to run the course at a time in order to provide a fun and safe environment for everyone participating. All other dogs will remain outside the designated lure coursing area until it is their turn.
Club K9 off-leash park will be open all day during the coursing event!
We require proof of Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations in order to participate in the lure course. Dogs do not need to be spayed or neutered to run the lure course, however they do need to be altered in order to visit the Club K9 Dog Park.
Not sure what “Lure Coursing” is all about?
“Lure coursing is a dog sport where dogs chase a mechanical lure, simulating the pursuit of prey, on a course that mimics an open field. It's designed to satisfy a dog's natural instinct to chase, improve their focus, and provide a safe outlet for their energy.”
