# Club Annual General Meeting - 14 July 2024 @ 1630As part of the constitution of the Village Hall, and as required by BRCA we are holding our AGM on the above date and time.
All paid members are entitled to stand as officials that help to run the club behind the scenes, and to raise proposals for rules or changes they would like to put in place.
All proposals and committee positions will require a proposer and seconder - and will be carried by majority vote on the evening.
I will issue a seperate form early next week for any proposals or nominations for committee positions.
Any of our current committee will be happy to answer any questions around their roles if you wish to stand. We are always looking for more help and willing volunteers!
