CLTMA Onam 2021

The festivities will include several traditonal programs like Pulikali (tiger dances), Pookkalam (flower arrangement), and other music and dance sequences as well as the Grand Feast (Onam Sadhya). All in and around Charlotte are invited to join the festivities.

EVENT SCHEDULE

• Check In(TO RECEIVE WRIST BANDS) - 10.00 am
• ONAM SADHYA - 11.00 am - 2.00 pm
• STAGE EVENTS - 1.00 pm - 4.00 pm
• SNACKS/TEA - 3.00 pm

REGISTRATION FEES

• Adult / Child (Above 6yrs) - $20 (Fees include Program entry and SADHYA (LUNCH on BANANA LEAF).
• During registration members will have to select a Time slot for Sadhya. We will strictly enforce the timeslot requirement.
• Due to existing location restrictions, No Onsite registration will be available. Walk-ins are not allowed and Sadhya will not be guaranteed if Online registration is not completed ahead of the event.
• In the event of program getting cancelled due to COVID concerns, Registration fees will be refunded promptly.
• This year members have the additional flexibility of canceling their own tickets until Aug 27th. No refunds after the event is completed.
• 20% discount - if you are an existing CLTMA member please use your cltma membership “email id” as your promo code to avail discounted member pricing.

COVID PROTOCOL AND SAFETY

• We are following the Covid safety protocol as instructed by Hindu Center of Charlotte.
• All Volunteers and members are requested to be vaccinated.
• We will ensure all volunteers and members during the pre-event and during event to be masked and or with face shields.
• During the event, social distancing guidelines will be ensured strictly. Sadhya queing is strictly based on timeslot selected.
• Venue traffic will be streamlined and there will be guidelines for entry and exit points.
