Clown Yoga is taking over Music Box Village on Sunday 9/14
-One hour All Levels Yoga Class
-Props provided but please bring your own mat
-Doors open 10:30. Class at 11am
-Face painting, games and etc to follow after class
-Class is $15 which includes full access to Music Box Village and Clowning.
-Comfortable Clown attire is encouraged but not required. Yoga/Comfy clothes perfectly acceptable
What in the heck is Clown Yoga? Clown Yoga was created by Bambi Maloney two years ago. Class is designed to help those embrace their inner child and not take themselves so seriously on their mats. Classes include props such as rubber chickens for stretching, whoopee cushions for meditating and noise makers for breath work.
Do I have to dress like a Clown? Absolutely NOT! Bambi the Yoga Clown will be in full Clown form. Students are encouraged to dress up but comfortable yoga/attire is perfectly acceptable.
