🟠 19:30 - 20:45 Tarraxo Fundamentals
In 4 weeks you will lay the base for your Tarraxo journey and improve your body control. In the Tarraxo course we will focus on the fundamentals of leading and following. Also, you will learn more about the history of Tarraxo and you will make your first Tarraxo steps, like the No Saida.
🟠 20:45 - 22u Body Movements
In the second part we will have a closer look at different body control concepts & movement patterns and how to apply them in partner work. You will be able to use the learned movements not only in Tarraxo but also in Douceur, Urban Kiz etc.
✅ In both classes you will have a lot of time to practice and get individual feedback tailored to your needs.
🔥 Tarraxo & Body Movements Pop-up Course
✅ 2 classes of 75min every week equals a learning opportunity of 10 hours!
✅ Feel free to join the 5 or 10 hours for the best learning experience, or join a single class when you're available
✅ 4 thursdays, starting 27th of March untill 17th of April: 19:30 - 22u @ Lumen Enschede (free parking)
