Te Pūtahi Mātauranga (Arts and Education) are delighted to host a Clothing Swap Fundraiser this June. Have you got jackets, accessories, shoes or shirts that you love but no longer wear? We are giving you the chance to change up your wardrobes whilst raising important funds for our LGBTQIA+ communities. You might end up with some stellar new additions for your own wardrobe too!
The clothing swap will be taking place on Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th of June between 12-2pm.
Prior to the main event, we are collecting clothing donations! Drop-off locations will be available from Tuesday 2nd June till Friday 19th June. See below for these locations.
As part of the event, we are requesting a gold coin donation to partake in the swap/s on the 24th and 25th of June. All funds will be donated to Sweat with Pride NZ, and any unclaimed clothing at the end of the event will be donated to the UoA Queer Space wardrobe. No gold coin is donation required to donate clothing.

Expect a variety of clothing on racks, changing room stations, and good vibes!
First come first served, meaning if there are no clothes/items left after the Wednesday session, we will not be going ahead with Thursday.
