So you can sew with cotton and linen, maybe wool and rayon. But knits are a bit different so how do you sew with them? We are going to use a cotton lycra knit and Pamela's patterns the Perfect Tee or her Swing Tunic to create a wonderful and successful knit top. Using either the Pamela's Patterns Perfect Tshirt or Peek-A-Boo Swing Tunic you will construct a knit top in class to fit and flatter you! We start with making sure that the pattern will fit you. The cost of the pattern is included in the cost of the class. This class is for any confident beginner and beyond. This is a serger class. (Please make sure it is in great working order and you are comfortable threading it.) There is a fitting component to this class. We want to make sure that you have a top that fits, so the top may not get totally finished. We will cover finishing techniques so that you can complete it at home. Please bring a bagged lunch as we will only take a 1/2 hour lunch.
