- Tips, ideas & recipes for dealing with excess produce
- Tips, ideas & recipes for dealing with sprouts
- Tips, ideas & recipes for quickly turning your pantry items into spreads and dips
Each participant will also receive 12 cloth bags, enough to transform your life in the kitchen.
