As 2025 comes to an end, companies will be closing their books and preparing for annual tax obligations. With the new Corporate Income Tax law now in effect and Circular 99 starting 1 January 2026, this is the right time to revisit the basics and understand what these changes mean. In this session, we will also share observations on common audit risks as the tax authorities will be preparing their 2026 tax audit list in Quarter 1.
