Closet Sale and Exchange

Before you come

For Vendors:

• Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the event starts to set up your space.
• Item Limit: Each vendor may bring a maximum of 20 items to sell.
• Setup: Please bring your own hangers if possible, hangers are limited.
• Pricing & Labeling: We will provide stickers to price your items.Please tag each item with the price and your name so we know which pieces belong to which vendor. This helps keep everything organized and makes transactions smoother.
• Clean-Up: You’re responsible for taking all your items with you when you leave and keeping your area tidy. Any items left by the end of the event will go to donation.
• Donations: If you wish to donate any leftover pieces, you can leave them at the Donation Section, and we’ll take care of the rest.
• Payments: You can accept payments however you prefer
• Vibe: Be kind, friendly, and supportive, the goal is to create a fun and conscious community experience

For Shoppers:

•Bring a Tote or Bag: To carry your new finds!

• Cash is King: Some vendors may only accept cash, so it’s helpful to bring small bills.
• Respect Each Space: Please be mindful of vendors’ setups when browsing.
• Donation Corner: Feel free to bring a few items to donate, we’ll make sure they find a new home.
