CLOSER x-dance is a dedication to unshackling any chains that teach us to separate our inherent er-t*c aliveness from the rest of ourselves. It is an invitation to embrace the sensual when it arises, to grant permission to our emotions, and to move with creative play in a spontaneous movement journey.
Guided by an eclectic wave of sound and inspirational prompts,
you’ll move through the 5Rhythms — five life energies that rise and fall like a wave.
