We are unabashed in our obsession with the wines of Clos Saron; singular, meditative expressions of the wilds of the Sierra Foothills, made by the homesteading philospher-winemaker, Gideon Beinstock. Gideon's visits are rare and treasured, and we're thrilled to invite you to this intimate evening class.
The Clos Saron home vineyard sits high in the Sierra Foothills, and its rugged and granitic terroir can be felt at the core of Gideon's wines, which show what we're tempted to refer to as a kind of mysterious power we don't find in any other wine. These are rare beauties for sure, and to have Gideon here to taste with promises to be an evening to remember.
This is one-hour class hosted at WILD CHILD (30 Bow Street in Union Square).
