Let Our Voices Be Heard!At this regular Planning Board Meeting, the Troutman Planning Board will decide and make it's recommendation to the Town Board regarding the REZONING of part of Clontz Hill Road for 350 new homes.
If the vote is NO, that means the developer can't build there.
There is strength in numbers. There were approx 30 people at the first meeting where we met the representative of the developer. If everyone who attended shares this information with just a few people, the numbers at this next meeting on April 28 will not be able to be ignored. We have to try!
