In this 3 hour workshop, students will learn a tile glazing technique using a wax resist and glaze application that mimics the look of Cloisonné. We will each create an 8” ceramic tile, that will be kiln fired and have cork added to the back for a beautiful and functional trivet that would make an amazing hostess gift! Or keep it for yourself- I won’t tell! Bring your own 8×8” design to transfer onto the tile, or choose from one of 8 different templates provided. Class fee includes all supplies to create 1 trivet. @shawnarmartin
