This workshop will provide attendees with a strong framework for understanding the structure, roles, and responsibilities, the dynamics of the supervisory process, as well as the ethical guidelines for both supervisors and supervisees. Participants will learn essential knowledge and skills to enhance the overall supervisory relationship.At the end of the workshop, the attendees will be able to:
