Mike Fisher, President, Therma

I started my career at Therma in 1997 after spending 15 years as a professional firefighter. Over the years, I had the opportunity to hold various positions at Therma, including roles in plumbing and sheet metal fields, project management, HR management, and risk management. In 2015, I was asked to co-serve as operations manager. Following the company's sale in 2017, I was promoted to Executive VP, overseeing Therma's three service departments: HVAC, plumbing and controls service. In 2021, I was honored to be promoted to President, and I currently oversee all Therma Northern California operations, which include three offices, our corporate headquarters, and 1200 employees. Our projected revenue for 2024 is approximately $450 million. On a personal note, I've been happily married for 32 years, and I'm a proud parent to two grown daughters and a grandfather to one wonderful grandson.
