Join Dr.YogaJulia and Mark Sneddon at the warehouse climbing centre in a carefully designed 3hr workshop for climbers who want to progress through fear associated with aspects of climbing-especially falling. Julia will take you firstly through a mobility, breathing and mindfulness session on the mat (1hr) to introduce to some of the concepts that Mark will then support you with applying on the climbing walls.
Marks new book - the mindful climber- guides the reader with these same principles. The workshop will allow enhanced applicability and practice with expert coaches!
