Jeffrey J. Steuer describes himself as a citizen interested in Climate Change; however, he also has an impressive background: Scientist Emeritus, U.S. Geological Survey, Water Resources Discipline. He also has an MS in Hydraulic Engineering, University of Wisconsin, Madison & a BS in Ocean Engineering, U.S. Coast Guard Academy, Jeff is a retired water engineer from the USGS Geological Survey and has worked as a Professional Hydrologist for the State of Wisconsin. His Research Interests include toxic contaminant transport in surface waters, urban stormwater pollution, rainfall-runoff modeling, and hydrology/stream ecology interaction.
