Climate Adaptation

We all know climate change is happening, but what are the risks in West Oxfordshire? What can we do and how will we cope?

We’re inviting you to talk about all this with our MP and our District Council.

Hannah Kenyon is Climate Change Manager for WODC.

She and Charlie Maynard, our MP, will discuss local resilience with us.

What would you like to ask Hannah and Charlie?

They’ll be with us on Saturday January 31st from 11 to about 12.30am in the Winchester Room, St Mary’s church, Church Green, Witney. We don’t charge for entry but will ask for a donation as there are costs.

This meeting is only one in our series of quarterly Climate Matters meetings with Charlie. In 2026 we’ll be meeting on January 31st, April 25th, July 18th and October 24th.
