In this presentation, third year student at the University of British Columbia, Tammy Ou, will present about what vectors are and how they spread disease. She will also discuss what climate change is and how it has sped up the spread of vector-borne disease. She will provide information about actionable ways to reduce your carbon footprint in order to slow climate change.

Speaker Bio: Tammy Ou
Tammy is a third year student at the University of British Columbia who is working with Community Transcultural Support Services for the summer. She is working towards her bachelor's degree in Microbiology and Immunology.
