Through the support of a generous grant, The Village Family Service Center Trainer, Susan Williams, is hosting two one-day CliftonStrengths® seminars designed to help organizations that serve marginalized communities maximize their impact. This hands-on session will explore how identifying and leveraging strengths can enhance teamwork, increase efficiency, and improve service delivery. CliftonStrengths® is a research-based tool that helps you confidently answer that question and use that knowledge to be the best version of yourself.What You’ll Gain

Who Should Apply
This opportunity is ideal for nonprofit and community-based organizations that serve marginalized or under-resourced populations. Each organization may send 2–3 participants.

When and Where
In the application, you'll have the opportunity to choose one session date held on either September 23 or October 1 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Dakota Medical Foundation, 4321 20th Ave S, Fargo, ND 58103.
How the Session Will Work
Approximately two weeks before the event, you’ll receive a link to take the CliftonStrengths® assessment, which will serve as the foundation for the session. The session will consist of a mix of presentations, discussions, reflections, and action planning, all related to how you can best utilize your strengths, plus snacks!
