*What is YIN Yoga
In short, Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments & joints. It’s slower and more meditative. Most of the poses are seated or reclined and the poses are usually held between 1-5 minutes.
When practicing Yin yoga, we are encouraged to establish our own “edge” in every pose.
It gives you an opportunity for deep release, relaxation and healing.
**Benefits of Sound
The vibrational frequencies of sound healing instruments like crystal bowls have the ability to move through skin, fluid, and bones of the body, creating a full body relaxation and recalibration down to the level of the cellular structure.
