About this Event
Join Column and Stripe at the Cleveland Print Room (CPR) on November 6, 2024, at 6 PM for an evening of wine, cheese, and a thought-provoking exploration of how imagination shapes urban life. This conversation will examine how adaptive reuse and creative vision transform not only physical spaces but also how communities live, move, and connect within them.
The discussion will explore themes such as the connections between identity, place, and belonging, including CPR’s own adaptive reuse project on Lexington Avenue. Participants will be invited to imagine how this transformation can foster creativity, community, and inclusion, and to consider how spaces like these adapt to meet the evolving needs of urban life.
Featuring insights from Jonathan Kurtz, architect; Gillian Johns, PhD; and Kerry Davis, CPR Director, the conversation will highlight urbanism as an ongoing process—where architecture, storytelling, and creative vision intersect to cultivate environments that support both individual expression and collective well-being.
