About this Event
The annual Cleveland Armenian Festival, hosted by St. Gregory of Narek Armenian Church, will be held on Friday, September 20 and Saturday, September 21, 2024. Like the past few years, all dining and entertainment will be held outside this year.
Festival dates and times:
Friday, September 20th: 4-9pm
Saturday, September 21st: 12-9pm
Highlights this year:
- Our own Cleveland Armenian dance group will perform multiple times on Friday evening and Saturday throughout the day.
- The boutique, where you can buy made-in-Armenia products\ from Armenian companies.
- Modern & traditional Armenian music by local Armenian musicians.
- The return of last year's new menu item:Jingalov hats, a traditional, herb-filled flatbread native to Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
- Children's activities
Description:
The festival features lots of delicious Armenian ethnic food and pastries such as shish kabob, rice pilaf, cheese pastries, vegetarian delicacies and tasty Armenian desserts, including pakhlava. There will be cultural displays, church tours, and activities for kids, with Armenian music playing throughout the weekend. Entrance and parking are free.
