Join us for an empowering evening with Martha Pomares, Managing Broker for Coconut Grove and Coral Gables for Douglas Elliman. With a career spanning 35 years, Martha has served as Chair and President of the Miami Association of Realtors, a Director of the Florida Association of Realtors, a graduate of the 2013 National Association of Realtors Leadership Academy, and the only Hispanic Education Director for the American Real Estate University.
Martha's passion lies in advocating for the real estate industry and emphasizing the importance of continuous training and ongoing education. Martha has also successfully implemented strategic recruiting and retention strategies to develop top-performing Realtors and exceed production goals.
Born in Cuba and raised in Mexico before settling in Miami, Martha's commitment to community is evident in her extensive volunteering efforts, including serving as President of Kiwanis International of Westchester and being an Angel of Hope for St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
Martha will be interviewed by Rosemary Guilfoyle, a dedicated Wealth Advisor at Private Wealth Management of Coral Gables. With a solid foundation in the financial industry, her career spans over a decade and includes significant roles at Evershore Financial Group in Boca Raton, Prudential, and NY Life. These positions have honed her expertise in financial planning, investment strategy, and client services, making her a trusted advisor in the financial community.
