The Clearwater City Council will host a Town Hall Meeting Tuesday, Feb. 25, 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Clearwater East Library, 2465 Drew St. This will be an opportunity for members of the community to come in and provide public comment to the city council for three minutes on any topic. The forums are designed to replace the citizens-to-be-heard-on-items-not-on-the-agenda portion of the city council meetings. The forum will be the same format and will not be designed as a discussion session. The forum will not be streamed online.
