We’ll begin with 30 minutes of networking to meet, mingle, and share resources with fellow professionals over light snacks. Then, immerse yourself in a 90-minute guided breathwork and sound healing journey led by Rae Kiaha of Zero Point Activation.
Through intentional breathing techniques and the soothing resonance of sound, you’ll have the opportunity to release tension, reset your nervous system, and restore balance — a perfect self-care ritual for those who spend their days caring for others.

Rae Kiaha is an Artist, Certified Reiki Master, Sound Practitioner, and Herbalist, weaving heart-centered alchemy of sound, breath, and nature connection through Aloha ʻĀina. She believes that by healing ourselves, we ripple healing into the world of around us.
