Clear the Clutter: Home Organization 101

Interested in coming home to a space of peace and clarity? The Holistic Collective and Megan's Yoga Tribe invite you to join us for an interactive and educational workshop about home organization! As Health & Wellness Coaches, we help you to identify the root causes of clutter and find sustainable ways to fine tune your physical environment. When we clear the clutter, we clear the mind! Our physical environment is linked to our mental wellbeing and you deserve to feel great in both aspects. You will leave this session with tools and strategies to create sustainable change in your home. All materials will be provided.
Meet Your Instructor Caroline:
Meet Caroline she is a 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher who embodies compassion and authenticity on the mat. During the day she works with adults and youth utilizing restorative practices to illuminate pathways of healing and empowerment. As a licensed mediator and restorative practitioner, Caroline brings a trauma-informed lens to everything she does, on and off the mat. With that in mind, she carefully designs flows accessible for all bodies, creating an emotionally and physically safe and supportive class environment.
Yoga and mindfulness has created a breadth of healing in her own life that fostered a desire to travel deeper into the world of health and wellness. By June of 2024, Caroline will be a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. She hopes to combine her study of trauma, yoga, and overall health & wellness to facilitate healing in future clients…because we all deserve access to knowledge and practices that help us heal.
