PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE OF DATE!Our dance is a chance to get together and just let go of the busyness of our daily lives and just have an evening to have fun and feel uplifted. This is a guided dance, so you can just relax and not think about anything other than moving and shaking to some amazing tunes. No alcohol, no substances welcome- we just use movement, breath and rhythm and just see how that natural high kicks in. It's amazing to feel the magic that happens when the music starts and we all start to move.
Here you get to move, stretch, dance, shake in your own space. No one will be watching you. No need to be 'able' to dance. No particular fitness level needed. You can even come and make yourself a little nest and curl up in a corner if that is what your body needs you to do. The let go at the end is facilitated by an amazing crystal singing bowl sound bath to give you time to drop into deep relaxation.
We will have warm teas and treats at the end.
No refunds once your space is booked. You are welcome to gift the space to someone else, if you do so, please let me know their details. I will give a full refund should I need to cancel the event.
