Clear pathways in your body with a nurturing hour and a half of yin yoga in a cosy, relaxed and intimate setting. You will be invited to soften into your body as your guide, Lisa Allan (me!), gently offers waiata to enhance your experience. I have been offering yoga classes around NZ for over 20 years and I'm so very happy to now be back in Ōtautahi. The class size is limited to 6, all props are provided. Bliss balls and a cup of tea are on offer afterwards for anyone who would like to chat and connect.
