Welcome All! Let's take time for that energy cleanse we all know we need ?
Upon entering we will provide a classic full body white sage smudging and crystal clearing✨
This session is a combination of movement and mindfulness ?
We will start by shaking it up with Qigong! Qigong is a Chinese practice that uses movement and breathing techniques to balance energies in the physical and metaphysical body. Don't worry there is no prior skill required and you do not have to be able to bend yourself into a pretzel ? These movements are low impact and many can be done while sitting down.
A guided Meditation will follow our Qigong practice, during this section we will practice visualization techniques while we relax into ourselves with the soothing and healing tones of crystal singing bowls ?
This powerful combination of movement and meditation will support us in many ways!

Bring a yoga mat or cushion to sit on. We will have some yoga mats available but they are limited.

Admission is $15-$40, depending on what is affordable. Those of us who have the resources to pay more are the insurance for those of us who currently do not have the resources. We have done this because everyone deserves the opportunity to heal and elevate?
