Join us for a day retreat at the beautiful land of Sticks and Stones Farm.
This is a 5-hour deep dive into your wise self guided by Kellie Codianna Join Kellie Codianna (C-layt, RYT 500, Pilates instructor) & Andrea Rodgers (Board Certified Holistic Health Coach, Functional Trainer, Sacred Women's Circle Facilitator).
We will be offering Somatic movement, a talk about Ayurveda Cleansing in the Spring and why it is beneficial. We will be making Ayurvedic kitchari for lunch and will be talking about the Dosha Kapha and strategies to stay in balance. We will also Breathwork and Sacred Women's Circle.
Gather in community to participate in healing practices to regulate your nervous system, remove energy blocks stuck in your body and detoxify your body to feel vitality inside and out.

Sample Day Itinerary:
10am Arrive, enjoy tea and Ayurvedic refreshments, and get settled into a comfy space around the Circle
10:15am-11:30am Enter into Sacred space, Grounding Yoga practice, Breathwork for releasing and Somatic healing practices.
11:30am-1:30pm Ayurvedic cleansing, cooking demonstration and lunch. We are learning to cooking a detoxing staple meal called Kitchari. We will enjoy a mindful lunch together.
1:30-3pm Sacred Feminine Women’s Circle. In Circle we will spend time with the elements of nature and how they relate to our evolution into this next year of life. Here we connect with our intuition, our soul voice, meditate and share in Circle.
