Whether you are seeking to let something go, renew your spirit, or discover a vision, allow the energies of Water to support you in this Breathwork Ceremony.With each inhale and exhale, we are invited to participate in a ceremony where we can release what no longer serves us, reconnect to our authenticity and remember the healer that lives within. Drawing upon the premise that an Inner Healer resides within us all, Breathwork Ceremonies empower individuals in awakening and embodying his or her own Inner Wisdom –the aspect of our consciousness that knows how to heal, transform, and navigate through the universal initiations of Life, Death, and Rebirth. Using a deep, connected, circular breath, and evocative music, Breathwork Ceremonies invite you to journey beyond the limits of your ego Self and remember Who it Is You Really Are…

What you can expect:
Each Breathwork Ceremony begins with an Opening Circle—where we will consciously invoke our Inner Wisdom and set an intention for our Breathwork Journey. Following our Opening Circle, we will move into a brief introduction on Breathwork—covering the mechanics of the circular breath and discussing the different realms of consciousness you may experience during your journey. After our “Intro to Breathwork”, we will dive into the Breathwork Ceremony where we will breathe for about 50 minutes. Coming out of the Breathwork Ceremony, you will have time to ground, journal and reflect upon your journey. We will use dyadic sharing to further support your integration process, while also allowing you an opportunity to share your breathwork experience with a sacred witness. After our dyadic sharing, we will come back together for our Closing Circle, where we will discuss how to continue “working” your Breathwork Ceremony in your everyday life.
Breathwork Ceremonies are designed to create an intimate setting. To support in the creation of this sacred space, this Breathwork Ceremony will be open to 15 journeyers.
This event will also be held on The Center SF outdoor patio. Please dress appropriately and bring anything you need to be comfortable outside.

About Jasin Deegan:
Jasin Deegan is a Breathwork Metamorphosis Facilitator trained and certified through Freedom Rising. He is also Breathwork Facilitator certified through Venus Rising Association for Transformation. He is a ceremonialist and has been a student of ancient spiritual traditions for the past decade. Weaving together his training, his direct experience, and trusting his own inner wisdom, Jasin is dedicated to providing a safe space for transformational and healing work.
The Center SF is following SF city guidleines and asks that attendees bring proof of vaccination to attend this event. This event is also being held outdoors. Please dress appropriately for your comfort levels.
