Most companies lack the discipline to grow. They focus only on winning contracts and neglect the other areas of their company (operations, hiring, training, quality, customer engagement). This approach leads to winning low margin contracts and losing them within a few months due to poor management. By this point in the conference, you are armed with a 90 day plan that will allow you to manage and retain your team & contracts.

In this final session, the panel opens up their playbooks on how they consistently win high margin contacts using technology that impresses their customers and allows their team to manage the growth. In the workshop, you will fine tune this playbook to fit your needs and will put it into action on the next bid you complete.
