Learn how to make a fun and functional jar using handbuilding techniques like rolling, pinching, scoring, and layering. Work with stoneware clay to create the cylinder base body and a cute snowman head lid, then paint underglaze accents to add a little color. Our staff will dip it in clear glaze between firings, so the finished results will be vibrant and shiny!Clay washes out, but remember to wear mess-friendly clothes or bring an apron if you prefer. Projects will remain in the studio to dry before firing, clear glazing, and re-firing. Pieces will be available for pickup approx. 3 weeks after the class.
