Join Whistle Stop Clay Works and Soaring Soul Wellness for our Clay & Wellness event. You’ll create a tray and enjoy a peaceful afternoon of wellness including mindfulness meditation, crystal chakra bowl sound bath and community connection.
This event is open to everyone and is appropriate for all skill levels.
2:00pm; Mindfulness Meditation with Sound Bath
2:20pm; Create a tray with Bonnie
3:30pm; Gentle Movement, all bodies welcome
$45 per person & no experience required.
