Grab your friends and a bottle of wine ( or T2 tea provided) for this relaxing workshop. Listen to a bit of the BeeGees and Stevie Nicks for a relaxing night of old fashioned ceramics. I will guide you through the steps of working with ceramics and learning some basic glazing skills to glaze either two or four Japanese style tea cups.Choose from an extensive range of underglazes, tissue transfers and glazes.
You will start with 2 wheel thrown tea cups which you will sand, decorate with underglazes and/or fun decals. and glaze.
Your masterpieces will be left here to be fired in the kiln. Pick up your cups in 2 weeks. Class duration is roughly 1.5- 2 hours.
