Become an SSI Classified Dive Buddy today!
The SSI Classified Diver program is intended to provide students with limited mobility with the training necessary to dive with a Classified Dive Buddy, more than one Classified Buddy, and/or a Classified Dive Professional depending on their abilities and environments to depths equivalent to their training.
YOU, The Dive Buddy will undergo special training on how to assist those who need help diving. After the course is completed you will be certified to dive with any level of Classified Diver.
Upon completion of this course, students will earn the SSI Classified Dive Buddy certification.
The SSI React Right, SSI Diver Stress and Rescue, and a minimum age of 18 years old are prerequisites for the SSI Classified Dive Buddy.
A Portion of EVERY CLASS is donated to "Hero’s Diving for the Sea".
