About this Event

Thanksgiving is here again. For some people, it's a glorious holiday filled with family and friends, laughter and merriment. For others, it's the most stress-inducing time of the year.

Why? The food. Thanksgiving is a time for celebrating traditions and memories, but that can mean making the same recipes year after year, especially for the appetizers. What should be the start of an exciting culinary adventure is nothing more than replaying the oldies. Spinach and artichoke dip...again. Ugh.

It's time to make your appetizer spread the star of the show! Join culinary educator (and appetizer aficionado) Adam Centamore and Formaggio's own Chef Gabe for an evening considering holiday appetizers in a whole new light. You'll enjoy a wide range of freshly prepared appetizers that are easy to make and full of unexpected flavors and textures sure to captivate your audience. Recipes will be provided so you can enjoy them at your holiday feast.

Look past pigs in a blanket and savory Jell-o molds (if they still exist). Make this Thanksgiving the tastiest one ever!

To fully participate in the class:
1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.
2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 5:30pm. This is a standing event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).
3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
